Chinese Government Scholarship - Silk Road Program

"Chinese Government Scholarship - Silk Road Program" Asian Countries Financial Talents Development Program

Admission Guide of Heilongjiang University

To enhance mutual understanding and friendship between the Chinese people and people from various countries around the world, as well as to promote exchanges and cooperation in politics, economy, culture, education, and trade between China and other countries, the Chinese government has established various scholarship programs to support students, teachers, and scholars from around the world in studying and conducting research activities in Chinese higher education institutions. Students who are awarded the Chinese Government Scholarship (referred to as "scholarship recipients") will be placed in higher education institutions or research institutions in China entrusted by the Ministry of Education of China to study in relevant fields. The Ministry of Education of China formulates the annual plan for the Chinese Government Scholarship and entrusts the China Scholarship Council (referred to as "CSC") with the specific responsibilities of student enrollment and daily management affairs of scholarship recipients in China. China warmly welcomes outstanding young students, scholars, and teachers from various countries to study and conduct research in Chinese higher education institutions.

The "Asian Countries Financial Talents Development Program" is a Silk Road scholarship program established by Heilongjiang University specifically for countries along the "Belt and Road" initiative, especially Asian countries.
