Institute of International Culture and Education of Heilongjiang University was established in 1995. Over the past nearly 30 years, it has recruited more than 26,000 international students from 139 countries across six continents, including Asia, Europe, North America, South America, Africa and Oceania, and has created the world-renowned "Study at Heilongjiang University" brand.
