This plan may be appropriately adjusted in terms of time and content based on the actual situation.
◆Cost
1、Activity fee：260 RMB per person
2、Tuition fee: 2,700 RMB per person
3、Insurance：Students in the short-term course must purchase the designated student insurance upon arrival at the school, regardless of whether they have purchased insurance in advance. The insurance coverage is 120 RMB.
4、Room Rate: Double Room in Area A - 41 yuan per person per day. This price is calculated based on two people sharing one room. The student apartment will adjust the rooms according to specific circumstances. The room reservation result should be subject to the final confirmation by the school.
5、Self-funded trip: 900 yuan (including transportation, accommodation, meals and attraction tickets),
voluntarily registered participants are welcome. The minimum number of participants required is 25.
6、Age requirement: Applicants must be in good health and be between 12 and 60 years old.
7、For short-term students to report to the school, the following documents are required: Admission Notice from Heilongjiang University, personal photo (size: 2-inch, quantity: 1), copy of the first page of the passport (size: A4, quantity: 1).
8、Short-term students are provided with airport pick-up service. The pick-up dates are from July 11th to July 12th; the pick-up time is from 8:00 to 20:00. Please send the pick-up application form to fsoffice@hlju.edu.cn at least three days in advance.
